Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS Priority Mail; on occasion we ship first class (at our discretion). In-stock items should ship within 3 business days from the time your order is placed. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

Sales Tax

If the destination of your package is within the State of Arizona applicable sales tax will be included on your order. If the destination of your package is outside the State of Arizona, no sales tax will be charged.

Out of Stock Items

Due to high demand, an item may be out of stock even though it does not say so on the web page. If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our practice to ship the in-stock items immediately, billing you for shipping costs only on the in-stock items. We will ship you the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they are available and send to you at no additional shipping charge.

Returns/ Exchanges

If you purchased your item directly from Elf OffRoad you may return it for a full refund or exchange it within 60 days, excluding shipping charges. If you are an Elf Dealer or Distributor, please contact us directly for return policy information at customerservice@elfoffroad.com.  We do request that the product is in its original packaging, new, and not modified to receive a refund. Please fill out the “Returns/Exchange” Form under the Customer Support tab. Please include your order slip/ original receipt in the package being sent back.

Defective items may be returned for repair or replacement ONLY if purchased through elfoffroad.com and not any other site or store. Please fill out the “Returns/Exchange” Form under the Customer Support tab. Please include your order slip/original receipt in the package being sent back. Please wait to ship your exchange until Elf Offroad had approved the request. If it is a manufacturer’s problem, Elf OffRoad will refund shipping charges if replacement is not requested.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please, email us immediately at customerservice@elfoffroad.com we are not able to cancel orders once they have been packaged and are out the door. Please refer to our Returns section for information about returns.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We provide limited lifetime warranty ONLY on manufacture’s defects. We can not warranty any parts not made by Elf Offroad, such as, wiring harness and other tools. If you experience any issues with an Elf OffRoad product, please contact us by emailing customerservice@elfoffroad.com. We may be able to assist you with the issue over the phone. We may recommend you send the product in for repair or replacement. If you are directed to or choose to send your product in, please fill out the “Returns/Exchange” Form under the Customer Support tab. Please include your order slip/original receipt in the package being sent back. (if available). All Limited Lifetime Warranty requests are given top priority and processed immediately.   Your product, or a replacement, will be shipped back to you via USPS Priority Mail, on occasion we ship first class (at our discretion). A full refund may be requested within 60 days of purchase, if purchased directly from elfoffroad.com.  If purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them for refund policy.
